THE PLACE FOR BELIEVING MOMS TO COME GET THE TOOLS, RESOURCES, LOVE, AND SUPPORT TO BECOME THE MOM THEY ALWAYS THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE.
We wish that mothering came with a manual, but it doesn't. There is no one size fits all way to be a mom. But there is a framework that's required if you want to live from, and with, your heart. Inside OHM, we'll teach you how to:
- Heal your past (even if you feel like you had a good childhood)
- Choose a vision, a dream, something to pour your heart and soul into
- And then craft a daily rhythm that reflects who you are and moves you in the direction of your dreams.
This isn't just another program that you buy and then sits on the figurative shelf.
This is a group that you join, that sees you and knows you, that offers you love and support when you need it, and celebrates your wins right alongside you.
This is where you learn to mother with love.
This November, we're diving into healing emotional neglect.
One of the main reasons that you likely don't feel like yourself yet after becoming a mom, isn't that you aren't meant to be one. It doesn't mean that other people have something that you don't.
It means you have emotional wounds that you have yet to heal.
In the Healing Emotional Neglect Course, you are going to learn how to:

MODULE #1
Address your core wound. Find the memory that's holding you back from happiness, and keeps popping up in your life today. When you look at it with new eyes, the truth will set you free.

MODULE #2
Create emotional connection. When you heal the wounds in your heart, and you replace them with emotional connection, there's no place you need to run from and nothing to hide from. You are where you're meant to be.

MODULE #3
Nervous system regulation. When you are able to find (and be) the calm in any storm, there's nothing stopping you anymore.

MODULE #4
Choosing your attachment style. Just because your attachment style was formed before you could even talk doesn't mean this is how you are stuck with relating to the relationships in your life. We'll help you understand why you have the one you do, and how to choose one that feels much more secure and loving, if you'd like to.

MODULE #5
The healing framework. There are four phases of healing that we go through each time this wound gets triggered for us. The faster you can move through each one, the faster you get to feel like yourself again and choose love everytime.

MODULE #6
Complications + Celebrations. We'll discuss common pitfalls that get in our way as we heal, as well as how to dismantle them. Celebrating our progress isn't something our brain does naturally, but celebrating our wins is an important part of the process. In this module, we discuss all of it.
