OPERATION: HAPPY MOM
IN ORDER TO LOVE YOUR LIFE AS A MOM, YOU NEED TO HEAL & LET GO OF YOUR PAST SO THAT YOU CAN FIND YOURSELF AGAIN.
This consists of 3 core ingredients:
- Deep healing. So much of our current life is determined by our past - the things we haven't healed from yet. You don't need to have been through a big traumatic event in order to need healing. We all experience hurt along the way, and if we don't clear up those coping mechanisms or let go of the lies we held onto since that point, it's going to continue to shape how we see ourselves and the people we love most.
- A vision. A DREAM. You need a purpose, something that is unbelievably you. This pulls you forward, gives your life meaning, determination, and focus. This brings you out of the darkness and propels you into the future, creating the life of your dreams. It's where you wake up each morning, so ready to start the day, and gives you energy for life.
- Structure. If you don't have a daily rhythm that reflects what matters most to you, you're going to spend your life either feeling like a chicken with your head cut off or you're never going to have the energy for anything and feel overwhelmed all the time. Putting a rhythm into place allows for spontaneity, gives you focus, allows time for rest and enjoyment, AND you can still be productive and get it done.
When you have these three things in place, your marriage changes, how you mother changes, you feel like yourself again, and you enjoy your life a heck of a lot more.
It's the most magical combination ever.Â

In order to be happy again, you have to first figure out who you are. In January we're going to be making space for you to do that alongside your daily life. It'll be like your daily retreat - something special, just for you. Once you have that feeling, it's something you can come back to again and again.

#2: YOUR MOMMA MAGIC: Quarterly Calls
How are you supposed to hit your dreams if you forget about them halfway through the year? These four calls are for zooming out, knowing where you're headed, and then making a plan for what to focus on in order to have your dream become your reality.Â

#3: Bloomers Live Group Calls
Twice a month we'll have live group calls - the first is for teaching, second is for coaching. Each month has a specific topic to help you learn the tools and shifts needed to change every area of your life - marriage, kids, home, bedroom, friendships, time, money.. you name it, it's there.

#4: PRIVATE SLACK GROUP

After experiencing postpartum depression seven times, I've finally cracked the code for myself and experienced a postpartum without getting sucked into the darkness. This relit the fire I have inside of me to share these tools with everyone I come into contact with because guess what.. they work!
These are me + mine, doing one of our favorite things in one of our favorite places. I don't know what your ideal life looks like, but I know I can help you get there.
Change isn't as hard as we make it out to be. It can be complex when we bring in all the moving parts that go along with raising a big family, but complex doesn't have to equal too hard.
