Ā Healing & letting go of the past is the most effective way to love your life again as a mom. It allows you to:

  • Build a strong & secure relationship with your husband
  • Stop worrying about all the things that don't matter, and finally get back to enjoying your life - no matter how many kids you have.

This is the same process for being happy again, feeling like yourself, AND never having postpartum depression again.
