Mothers Mental Health Evenings
One of my favorite things about October is the longer, cozier evenings. We just fired up our wood stove for the first time and enjoyed some hot chocolate around it, and it got me to thinking.. this, combined with talking about all things motherhood, mental health, and happiness, is right up my alley - which is why I'm hosting these mental health evenings this month.
Get ready to gather around to learn from and discuss some of the biggest pieces of mental health when raising a big family in this day and age.
You can feel free to join in from the comfort of your own home, your own couch, or invite a group of friends over and make a girls night out of it with some chips and dip and chocolate covered strawberries. (Every girls night's gotta have these, no?)
Each class will last one hour, with some teaching, some coaching, and some food for thought/discussion questions at the end.
